Testimonials

On 10/3/2026 Brett Richards had this to say:
I came to Al’s Transmission with a 2014 Chevy Sonic that needed a TCM replacement, and after talking to three other mechanics who basically wanted nothing to do with it, I was starting to wonder if my Sonic had officially become everyone else’s problem. 😂 Then I contacted Al’s and started talking with Evan. Right from the beginning, Evan actually listened to what I was telling him. He knew exactly what I was talking about, followed along with all my questions, and somehow managed to make me feel completely comfortable—even over the phone. I was expecting to have to wait for a quote, but nope… Evan gave me one right there on the phone. A few days later I decided to do a little reconnaissance mission and “inspect” the shop before handing over my car. Basically, a polite little drive-by to make sure everything looked legit. 😂 Instead of just looking around and leaving, I ended up chatting with Evan like we were old college buddies who had somehow reunited at an auto shop. That pretty much sealed the deal. I dropped the Sonic off a few days later, they got to work, and they did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It’s not often you find a business where you feel like you're actually being listened to, treated honestly, and taken care of—and that was absolutely my experience with Al’s. I’ll definitely be returning. Hopefully not because my Sonic decides to develop another personality disorder, but if it does… I know where I'm taking it. 😂 Thanks, Evan and the Al’s Transmission crew! 🚗🔧

On 5/4/2026 Kayla Schultz had this to say:
I won’t go anywhere else for repairs, I had a horrible experience with a different shop, Al’s helped me even though it wasn’t them causing the damages and problems. I trust Evan and his team and they are just a great group of Mechanics. They value their customers and go above and beyond. 100% recommend!!
